The drink for clogged arteries is designed to cleanse our blood vessels of fatty deposits and prevent heart attack or stroke, contributing to a younger, healthier body and longevity.

Ingredients for the Drink for Clogged Arteries

  • 2.2 pounds of lemons
  • 1 liter of water
  • 10.5 oz of garlic

Method

1Wash the lemons thoroughly. Leave them for 15 minutes in a bowl with warm water to which you’ve added a tablespoon of baking soda. This will draw out pesticide residues. Rinse the lemons under running water, cut them unpeeled, and chop them together with the garlic cloves using a blender. Pour the mixture into a suitably large pot, add a liter of water, and place on the stove. Cover the pot with a lid.

2Wait for the mixture to boil, then let it simmer for another 15 minutes at lower temperature.

3After this time, remove the pot from heat and let the mixture cool. Once cooled, strain into a clean bottle, seal tightly, and refrigerate.

4Take the preparation for 25 days, half a deciliter daily in the morning and evening. Then take a 10-day break and consume it again for 25 days.

5Use the drink for clogged arteries once or twice a year. A six-month break between treatments is essential.

When the arteries are relieved, the heart comes alive too. A natural drink that helps the body breathe with full lungs and brings a feeling of lightness.

Why Do We Need to Take a Break?

The reason for the recommended break between consuming such a drink is multifaceted:

Excessive consumption of healthy ingredients like lemons and garlic isn’t always beneficial and can cause oversaturation with certain nutrients or even overload the body with certain compounds.

Digestive problems may also occur.

If we take a break between consuming such a drink, we allow the body to better absorb nutrients from each ingredient. This can increase the effectiveness of consumed substances and reduce the risk of nutrient loss through the digestive tract.

In short, taking a break between consuming this drink allows the body to better utilize nutrients and reduces the risk of potential side effects.
