(<em>Imleria badia<\/em><em>)<\/em><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Opis<\/strong>: <strong>klobuk<\/strong> je od kestenjaste do crvenkasto sme\u0111e pa sve do tamno \u010dokoladne sme\u0111e boje. Ima klasi\u010dan jastu\u010dasti oblik vrganja, isprva je polukru\u017ean, zatim izbo\u010den sa spu\u0161tenim rubom, spljo\u0161ten dose\u017ee promjer do 15 cm. <strong>Ko\u017eica<\/strong> je isprva bar\u0161unasta i suha, a sa staro\u0161\u0107u sve vi\u0161e glatka, se sjaji i boja malo izblijedi. <strong>Stru\u010dak<\/strong> je kod mladih gljiva trbu\u0161ast, kasnije se produ\u017ei i stanji i debeo je 3-5 cm. \u017du\u0107kasto je sme\u0111e boje, posut sitnim gustim sme\u0111im zrncima, koji mu daju uzdu\u017eni vlaknasti izgled. S starenjem postane prili\u010dno tvrd i vlaknast, stoga ga prije kuhanja odstranimo i sa\u010duvamo samo dio ispod klobuka, koji je svjetlije boje. <strong>Trosovnica<\/strong> je rupi\u010dasta, isprva \u017eu\u0107kaste boje, s starenjem postane zeleno \u017euta pa sve do maslinasto zelene boje. Na pritisak promijeni boju u plavo zelenu. Cjev\u010dice su uz kocen kra\u0107e i lako ih odvojimo od mesa klobuka. <strong>Meso<\/strong> je bjelkasto, ponekad svijetlo \u017eu\u0107kasto, ispod klobukove ko\u017eice crvenkasto sme\u0111e. Isprva je \u010dvrsto, s starenjem gljive se po\u010dne omek\u0161avati. Na prerezu meso poplavi. Raste pojedina\u010dno ili u manjim skupinama. Masovno se pojave uglavnom tri do \u010detiri dana nakon padalina. \u010cesto su dobro skrivene pod iglicama i mnogi ih iz daleka zamijene za vrganje. Rasprostranjena je po cijeloj Europi i Sjevernoj Americi, pa i drugdje po svijetu. Budu\u0107i da kostanjevka akumulira neke kovine u tragovima iz zemlje (\u017eiva, nikal, kobalt), beremo ju na one\u010di\u0161\u0107enim podru\u010djima.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Ne\u0161to sli\u010dna joj je <strong>obi\u010dna polstenka<\/strong> <em>(<\/em><em>Xerocomus subtomentosus), <\/em>koja ima klobuk od \u017eu\u0107kaste do maslinasto sme\u0111e ili zelenkaste boje, vitak \u017eu\u0107kast stru\u010dak, \u017euta je i trosovnica. Kostanjevke su odli\u010dne za <strong>su\u0161enje<\/strong> i posu\u0161ene mo\u017eemo samljeti u prah, koji koristimo kao za\u010din. Mo\u017eemo ju koristiti jednako kao vrganje, odli\u010dna je <strong>pohana na maslacu ili maslinovom ulju<\/strong>, u <strong>juhama<\/strong>, <strong>umacima<\/strong>, mesnim i ribljim jelima. Gljive mo\u017eemo i <strong>zamrznuti<\/strong> ili <strong>ukiseliti<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0160to sadr\u017ei<\/strong>: Kostanjevka je sastavljena, kao i sve gljive, uglavnom od vode, ugljikohidrata, bjelan\u010devina i nezasi\u0107enih masnih kiselina. Sadr\u017ei ne\u0161to vitamina i bogata je <strong>mineralima<\/strong> (fosfor, kalij, magnezij, \u017eeljezo i cink). Kasnije su tu vrstu nazivali <em>Xerocomus badius, <\/em>tek joj je 2014. godine talijanski mikolog <em> <\/em>Alfredo Vizzini dao dana\u0161nje latinsko ime <em>Imleria badia<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generi\u010dko ime <em>Imleria<\/em> je u \u010dast belgijskom mikologu Luisu Imlerju, starije rodovno ime <em>Boletus<\/em> je gr\u010dkog podrijetla i zna\u010di glinena gruda, <em>badia<\/em> pak zna\u010di crvenkasto sme\u0111e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kostanjevka, za razliku od nekih vrsta, nije dobila ime zato, jer bi rasla u su\u017eivotu s kestenima (naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e raste u su\u017eivotu sa smrekama), ve\u0107 zbog boje klobuka, koji su sli\u010dni kestenovoj boji.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nalazimo ju i na trulim panjevima, stoga neki izvori navode, da kostanjevka nije isklju\u010divo mikorizna gljiva, ve\u0107 se hrani i kao trule\u017enica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kostanjevka ima potencijal i kao bioremedijacijsko sredstvo za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje one\u010di\u0161\u0107enih mjesta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Neiskusne bera\u010de kod kostanjevke smeta to, da trosovnica i meso poplave, a po starim vjerovanjima je sve, \u0161to plavi ili zeleni, otrovno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kostanjevka u klobukovoj ko\u017eici sadr\u017ei sme\u0111e pigmente, koji apsorbiraju radioaktivni cezij.
