Rolada je odli\u010dna i jednostavna za pripremu.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sestavine za tiramisu rolado<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Biskvit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 jaja (veli\u010dina M)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>140 g kristalnog \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 g glatkog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 g \u0161kroba<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Krema<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>230 g mascarpone sira<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 \u010depa Baileysa (po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g slatkog vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kakao u prahu za posipanje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kavna otopina<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>80 ml kave (espresso ili turske \u2013 tursku kavu procijediti kroz gazu)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>40 ml mlijeka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 vanilin \u0161e\u0107era<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Premaz<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g vrhnja za \u0161lag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 g \u0161e\u0107era u prahu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>kakao u prahu za posipanje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Postupak<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Biskvit<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Pe\u0107nicu zagrijemo na 180 stupnjeva. Jaja sa \u0161e\u0107erom miksamo na najve\u0107oj brzini najmanje 10 minuta. Bra\u0161no pomije\u0161amo sa \u0161krobom i prosijemo ga na smjesu od jaja. Lagano umije\u0161amo lopaticom i ravnomjerno rasporedimo po standardnom limu za pe\u010denje oblo\u017eenom papirom za pe\u010denje. Pe\u010demo 8 minuta (pazimo da tijesto ne prepe\u010demo!).    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left dropcapp4\">2Pe\u010deni biskvit okrenemo gornjom stranom prema dolje na kuhinjsku krpu na koju smo stavili jo\u0161 jedan list papira za pe\u010denje (papir s le\u0111a odlijepimo) i biskvit zarolamo. Ostavimo da se ohladi. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kavna otopina<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1U vru\u0107oj kavi otopimo \u0161e\u0107er, dolijemo mlijeko i promije\u0161amo.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Krema<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Slatko vrhnje srednje \u010dvrsto istu\u010demo i stavimo na hladno.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2Mascarpone sir glatko izmije\u0161amo sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i likerom. Lopaticom lagano umije\u0161amo tu\u010deno vrhnje. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastavljanje<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Biskvit pa\u017eljivo odmotamo i pomo\u0107u kista navla\u017eimo kavnom otopinom. Posipamo kakaom u prahu. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2Biskvit ravnomjerno nama\u017eemo kremom (ostavimo 3 cm slobodnog ruba da krema ne iscuri pri motanju) i ponovno posipamo kakaom u prahu. Roladu pomo\u0107u donjeg papira za pe\u010denje (ili krpe) zarolamo i \u010dvrsto omotamo plasti\u010dnom folijom za hranu. Stavimo je u hladnjak barem dva sata da se krema u\u010dvrsti.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Premaz<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Slatko vrhnje sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu \u010dvrsto izmiksamo \u2013 toliko da lijepo dr\u017ei oblik, ali da nije grudasto. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2Roladu odmotamo i stavimo na pladanj (po \u017eelji je jo\u0161 dodatno navla\u017eimo).
