Jaja sa \u0161e\u0107erom miksamo na najve\u0107oj brzini 10 minuta. Prosijemo bra\u0161no na smjesu od jaja i lagano umije\u0161amo lopaticom. Smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedimo u lim veli\u010dine 18&#215;28 cm oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje (dno) i pe\u010demo 13\u201315 minuta.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">2Pe\u010deni biskvit pa\u017eljivo premjestimo na mre\u017eicu i ohladimo. Ohla\u0111eni biskvit prere\u017eemo po du\u017eini na dva sloja. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0160e\u0107erna otopina<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">1Vodu i \u0161e\u0107er zakuhamo i ohladimo.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Krema od svje\u017eeg sira sa \u0161umskim vo\u0107em<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">1Slatko vrhnje srednje \u010dvrsto istu\u010demo i stavimo na hladno.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">2\u017delatinu namo\u010dimo 5 minuta u hladnoj vodi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">3\u0160umsko vo\u0107e sa \u0161e\u0107erom zakuhamo do vrenja, usitnimo \u0161tapnim mikserom i u pireu rastopimo ocije\u0111enu \u017eelatinu.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">4Pire ohladimo do mlakog i dodamo svje\u017eem siru. Dodamo \u0161e\u0107er u prahu i izmiksamo do glatke smjese. Lopaticom umije\u0161amo tu\u010deno vrhnje i kremu podijelimo na dva jednaka dijela.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vo\u0107ni preljev\/\u017eele (pripremamo ga na kraju, kada su kocke slo\u017eene i ohla\u0111ene)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">1\u017delatinu namo\u010dimo 5 minuta u hladnoj vodi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4 wp-block-paragraph\">2\u0160umsko vo\u0107e, vodu i \u0161e\u0107er zakuhamo do vrenja i grubo usitnimo \u0161tapnim mikserom.
