Orada u tavi brzo je gotova i jednako je dobra kao da je pripremate u pe\u0107nici. <\/p>\n\n<p>Orada je cijenjena u svjetskoj kuhinji zbog svog okusa i so\u010dnosti mesa. Smatra se jednom od najukusnijih riba i \u010desto se koristi u mediteranskoj kuhinji. Orade rastu relativno sporo i obi\u010dno imaju dug \u017eivotni vijek. Hrane se raznim morskim organizmima, uklju\u010duju\u0107i rakove, male ribe i meku\u0161ce. Orade se obi\u010dno razmno\u017eavaju u prolje\u0107e i ljeto. \u017denke pola\u017eu jaja\u0161ca, a mu\u017ejaci ih oplode izvan tijela. Li\u010dinke zatim plivaju na povr\u0161inu vode.      <\/p>\n\n<p>Meso orade bogato je omega-3 masnim kiselinama, koje su korisne za zdravlje srca i mozga. Riblje meso se brzo pe\u010de, \u0161to omogu\u0107uje da jelo bude gotovo u relativno kratkom vremenu. Prilikom pe\u010denja orade u tavi zadr\u017eava se prirodni okus ribe. Kratko vrijeme kuhanja omogu\u0107uje da meso ostane so\u010dno i neisu\u0161eno. U tavu mo\u017eete dodati razne za\u010dine, bilje i umake koji \u0107e obogatiti okus orade. Time mo\u017eete prilagoditi jelo svom ukusu.     <\/p>\n\n<p>Nakon zavr\u0161etka pripreme, \u010di\u0161\u0107enje tave je obi\u010dno jednostavno, \u0161to \u0161tedi vrijeme i trud pri pospremanju kuhinje. Oradu mo\u017eete pripremiti na razli\u010dite na\u010dine u tavi, na ro\u0161tilju, pe\u010denu u pe\u0107nici ili kuhanu na pari. To omogu\u0107uje raznolike mogu\u0107nosti pripreme prema va\u0161im \u017eeljama.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sestavine\"><strong>Sastojci za oradu u tavi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 manje orade, te\u0161ke po 250-300 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oguljena re\u017enja \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 \u017eli\u010dica svje\u017ee nasjeckanog per\u0161ina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol po ukusu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017elice maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"postopek\"><strong>Postupak<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1O\u010distimo orade, operemo pod teku\u0107om vodom i osu\u0161imo na papirnatom ru\u010dniku.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2U ve\u0107oj tavi zagrijemo maslinovo ulje, dodamo cijeli, oguljeni \u010de\u0161njak i na njemu pope\u010demo orade s obje strane. Pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno pet minuta. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">3Zalijemo s decilitrom vode, posolimo i dodamo per\u0161in. Poklopimo tavu i pirjamo jo\u0161 7-8 minuta, dok orade ne budu gotove. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">4Oradu stavimo na tanjur, a umak jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta kuhamo na jakoj vatri, da se malo zgusne, zatim ga prelijemo preko ribe.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Orada je izvrsna i zdrava bijela riba, bogata hranjivim tvarima i omega 3 masnim kiselinama.
