So\u010dno bijelo meso brancina, pro\u017eeto aromama maslinovog ulja, \u010de\u0161njaka i bijelog vina, zajedno s hrskavo zape\u010denim krumpirom stvara jelo koje \u0107e odu\u0161eviti svakoga.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ovaj je recept savr\u0161en za nedjeljni ru\u010dak ili posebnu prigodu, kada \u017eelite o\u010darati goste svje\u017eim morskim okusom.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za pe\u010denog divljeg brancina s krumpirom<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>10 divljih brancina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg krumpira<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ve\u0107e raj\u010dice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 luk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 re\u017enja \u010de\u0161njaka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dl bijelog vina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>0,5 dl maslinovog ulja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 limun<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sve\u017eanj svje\u017eeg per\u0161ina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>papar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>lovorov list, ru\u017emarin (po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Postupak<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Brancine dobro o\u010distimo i isperemo pod hladnom vodom. Uklonimo ljuske, utrobu i osu\u0161imo ih papirnatim ru\u010dnikom. O\u0161trim no\u017eem napravimo nekoliko plitkih zareza na obje strane ribe. Natrljamo ih solju i paprom te pokapamo maslinovim uljem i limunovim sokom.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2Krumpir ogulimo i nare\u017eemo na deblje kolutove. Raj\u010dicu nare\u017eemo na plo\u0161ke, luk na tanke kolutove, a \u010de\u0161njak sitno nasjeckamo. Sve zajedno izmije\u0161amo u zdjeli i za\u010dinimo solju, paprom, maslinovim uljem te s malo nasjeckanog per\u0161ina.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">3U peka\u010d polo\u017eimo sloj krumpira i povr\u0107a, dodamo lovorov list i gran\u010dicu ru\u017emarina. Po vrhu polo\u017eimo pripremljene brancine i sve zajedno prelijemo bijelim vinom te s malo vode, ako je potrebno. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">4Pe\u0107nicu zagrijemo na 200\u00b0C i peka\u010d stavimo u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu. Pe\u010demo pribli\u017eno 35\u201340 minuta, dok se krumpir ne omek\u0161a i ribe lijepo zlato zapeku. U me\u0111uvremenu ih mo\u017eemo jednom okrenuti ili preliti sokom iz peka\u010da.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">5Pe\u010denog brancina s krumpirom poslu\u017eimo vru\u0107eg, po \u017eelji pokapamo s dodatnim limunovim sokom i posipamo svje\u017eim per\u0161inom.
