Jajca s sladkorjem na najvi\u0161ji hitrosti stepamo 10 minut. Na jaj\u010dno maso presejemo moko in jo ne\u017eno vme\u0161amo z lopatko. Maso enakomerno prema\u017eemo po peka\u010du, velikosti 18&#215;28 cm, ki smo ga oblo\u017eili s papirjem za peko (dno), in pe\u010demo 13-15 minut.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2Pe\u010den biskvit previdno prestavimo na mre\u017eo in ga ohladimo. Ohlajen biskvit pre\u010dno prere\u017eemo na dve plasti. <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sladkorna raztopina<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Vodo s sladkorji zavremo in ohladimo.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skutina krema z gozdnimi sade\u017ei<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1Sladko smetano srednje \u010dvrsto stepemo in damo na hladno.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2\u017delatino 5 minut namakamo v hladni vodi.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">3Gozdne sade\u017ee s kristalnim sladkorjem segrejemo do vretja, zmeljemo s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom in v pireju raztopimo o\u017eeto \u017eelatino.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">4Pire ohladimo do mla\u010dnega in ga prilijemo k skuti. Dodamo sladkor v prahu in gladko zme\u0161amo. Z lopatko prime\u0161amo stepeno smetano in kremo razdelimo na dva enaka dela.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sadni preliv\/\u017eele (pripravimo ga nazadnje, ko so rezine sestavljene in ohlajene)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">1\u017delatino 5 minut namakamo v hladni vodi. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"dropcapp4\">2Gozdne sade\u017ee, vodo in sladkor segrejemo do vretja in grobo zmeljemo s pali\u010dnim me\u0161alnikom.
